- Use CoCanvas — B2B software for interior-design firms that manages clients, projects, products, procurement (purchase orders), invoicing, budgets, and moodboards, plus a Chrome extension (the “clipper”) that saves product data from vendor sites.

No purpose in this policy will require us keeping your personal information for longer than ninety (90) days past the termination of the user’s account, except for financial and tax records which we retain longer as legally required.
When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your personal information, we will either delete or anonymize such information, or, if this is not possible (for example, because your personal information has been stored in backup archives), then we will securely store your personal information and isolate it from any further processing until deletion is possible.

We do not knowingly collect, solicit data from, or market to children under 18 years of age, nor do we knowingly sell such personal information. If you would at any time like to review or change the information in your account or terminate your account, you can log in to your account settings and update your user account, or contact us using the contact information provided. Upon your request to terminate your account, we will deactivate or delete your account and information from our active databases. However, we may retain some information in our files to prevent fraud, troubleshoot problems, assist with any investigations, enforce our legal terms, and/or comply with applicable legal requirements.
11. Controls for do-not-track features
Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems and mobile applications include a Do-Not-Track (“DNT”) feature or setting you can activate to signal your privacy preference not to have data about your online browsing activities monitored and collected. At this stage, no uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized. As such, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or any other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice not to be tracked online.

In short: If you are a resident of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Indiana, Iowa, Kentucky, Maryland, Minnesota, Montana, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Oregon, Rhode Island, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, or Virginia, you may have the right to request access to and receive details about the personal information we maintain about you and how we have processed it, correct inaccuracies, get a copy of, or delete your personal information. We may disclose your personal information with our service providers pursuant to a written contract between us and each service provider. We may use your personal information for our own business purposes, such as for undertaking internal research for technological development and demonstration; this is not considered to be “selling” of your personal information. We have not disclosed, sold, or shared any personal information to third parties for a business or commercial purpose in the preceding twelve (12) months, and we will not sell or share personal information in the future.

California “Shine The Light” Law
California Civil Code Section 1798.83, also known as the “Shine The Light” law, permits our users who are California residents to request and obtain from us, once a year and free of charge, information about categories of personal information (if any) we disclosed to third parties for direct marketing purposes. 13. Customer-uploaded third-party data
CoCanvas is a tool for interior-design professionals. In using the service, customers may upload or store personal information about their own clients, contractors, and vendors (“Customer Content”). With respect to that information, the customer is the controller and CoCanvas acts as a processor, handling it solely to provide the service. Customers are responsible for ensuring they have the necessary rights, consents, or other lawful basis to provide this information to us, and for its accuracy. Requests to access, correct, or delete personal information belonging to a customer’s own clients should be directed to that customer.
14. AI features
Certain features use third-party AI providers (e.g., Anthropic) to process content you provide in order to deliver functionality such as suggestions and summaries. This content is processed only to provide the feature and is not used by our AI providers to train their models.
15. Do we make updates to this policy?
In short: Yes, we will update this policy as necessary to stay compliant with relevant laws.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by an updated “Last updated” date at the top of this Privacy Policy.
